Hi! My name is Doug. I am a white male, 6ft, 200lbs, brown hair, bluish-green eyes. I'm originally from Seattle, Washington but I moved to Portland, Oregon a couple months before I was arrested. I've been in prison since 1998 for 3 counts of Robbery. I'm single, never been married, and don't have any kids. I have an identical twin brother, no other siblings. I came from a good home and great parents. I graduated from High School, (class of 1992), and I went to college.

I'm a musician and music is my life. I've been playing guitar for over 15 years and drums since I was a kid. I love all kinds of music, but I have a special fondness for “Hair Metal” or “Butt Rock” or whatever you want to call the great Metallica, Motley Crue, Poison, Warrant, White Lion, Cinderella, etc... One of my all-time favorite bands is Rush. I love a lot of newer music too and I'm always eager to hear new bands and new songs.

I'm a really easy going guy with a great sense of humor. I love to laugh and I try not to take things too seriously. I'm just looking for someone to get to know and share some laughs with. Somebody to help me get my mind out of this place and make a connection with. I'm looking for anybody who loves music and can appreciate the humor in life. Maybe somebody who can keep me informed and updated of what's going on out there.

I'm not your typical hardened criminal. I'm just an otherwise normal guy who let the lure of easy money land my butt in the pokey. I plan on getting out and living a quiet, normal life, hopefully with some new friends. So, write me a letter, send a pic, and let's get to know each other.
