Katfish is a very headstrong and forthright individual, and even though we all at Tales From The Cells have urged him to use caution when voicing his personal views in regard to the Department of Justice and the Bureau of Prisons personnel and the shady things they daily practice, Katfish thrusts his fist against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.

 

 


 

 

That said, we at TFTC wish to express that any editorial and/or opinions published on TFTC by Katfish are his sole responsibility and do not necessarily reflect the beliefs or opinions of Tales From The Cells. This is also in our main disclaimer, I just wanted to bring it forth as things are about to heat up here rather quickly. Due to technical problems, Tales is behind a few postings. We have live blogs from Katfish in the hole and what the experience and treatment has been and is like as he sits there still “Pending Investigation”. Before we get to those however, we need to finish up the BEFORE. 2 blogs. Be watching for them. To which I believe is setting the tone for his treatment. All of this is, and that is not right. He has the first amendment right still, and this being a media outlet, we will provide him that service.

 

 

 

 

 

We also offer anyone from the DOJ/BOP who wish to make rebuttals RE Katfish's editorials equal space on TFTC. One must simply write their rebuttals down and mail it to us here at TFTC. Be sure to sign it legibly and sign a waiver giving TFTC the right to post rebuttals. One will be mailed to you upon receipt of the rebuttal, and is a must have, as this is common legal practice. Nothing goes up on this site without that consent form.

This is because I'm spewing embarrassing truths. Yet truths all the same. The DOJ/BOP may, however, be inclined to post some type of long winded and largely nonsensical diatribe that means very little and is probably not even related to any issue I may have chosen to expose.
