This is the second time I had to write this blog. For whatever reason the Poe here in Yaz decided to either destroy(or intentionally lose) the original. Naturally I anticipated this because the BOP is not anything if it's not predictable. So I always hand copy everything, you know, just in case. Here then is the things I wrote back on the 12th of February, 2010. You tell me, it this something the Poe might try to hide?

First, after a lengthy SIS investigation, it's been decided that I need to be transferred. YAZ is a disciplinary transfer destination. YAZ wants me gone. It's my opinion that YAZ has much more to hide then I at first suspected; things they most definitely do not want the public to know. Man alive-I can hardly imagine what the future has in store for me. Whatever it is, it should be very interesting, of course that's the optimist in me speaking. On second thought, let's be realistic: It will be a retaliation fueled transfer. What else could it be? Check this out:

Constitutional Rights of Prisoners- 9th Edition- in-re Retaliation For Exercising Constitutional Rights- "To state a claim of retaliation, a prisoner must allege the violation of a specific Constitutional Right and be prepared to establish that, but for the retaliatory motive, the incident would not have occurred (see McDonald vs Hall). The prisoner must produce direct evidence of motivation or, the more probable scenario, allege a chronology of events from which retaliation may be plausibly inferred."

I think the blogs clearly outline a chronology of events. In any case, I now have my OWN copy of the C.R.O.P. It contains many instances of the type of shit that's been happening to me. In fact, this crap happens so much that the Courts had to enact a ruling to further prevent Prison Authorities from deliberately acting in a retributive manner. How about that?

Further news from the Bucket: Stephen "Plywood" Harper is back in the Hole. (If you read the updated "About Me" you also know that he is heading home Friday, April 9, 2010.) This happened back in early February. This was breaking news when I first wrote it, but the Poe destroyed the first write. This info is likely the very reason why. So anyway, Plywood was Segged on February 3rd, 2010. The SHU Poe made it perfectly clear that he and I would NOT be bunkies ever again. That flabbered my gast. Nonetheless, Plywood's message still reached me via the convict grapevine. Like this: There were yet MORE Big Shots in Suits here. They were from the offices in Washington DC. They were wandering around making the place safer for all. They even made me take my radio out of the window where I hang it for better reception- I feel SO much safer now that they made me do that. Conversely, the Suits had the Poe hopping too. Back to Plywood: Crash test dummy that he is, he approached the Suits and said something along the lines of, "Listen here, if you want to know the TRUTH about what really goes on around here, check out the blogs on this website." Plywood then produced a TFTC business card. One of the Suits took the card, looked at it for a moment, then asked Plywood if he could keep it. Plywood replied in the affirmative. The FCC Yaz staff member standing there went bug eyed. Unsurprisingly, AFTER the Big Shots left for the day, The Yaz Poe put Plywood in the hole AGAIN!!

To summarize: It surely seems as if the FCC Yazoo Poe not only have a lot of issues they'd rather not I discover (too late, Poe- WAY too late), they're very much like the little Dutch boy with his finger in the leaking Dike; the things they have to hide are beginning to leak out all over the place because the ACLU, TFTC, The BOP and the DOJ are ALL looking now. Therefore, to Yaz's way of reasoning, "Katfish has to go". Their great and secret show is damned sure not so great and a hell of a lot less secret.

Okay, Peeps- it looks like I'm going to "Catch Chain" (convict speak for belly chained, ankle chained, then crammed onto a transfer bus). Naturally I don't know when nor where I go. That's the top secret shit, of course. I know where I'm NOT going: I'll not be going closer to home. That's part of the retaliation. In any event, I guess I'm glad I'm going. This place, although far better than Big Dump, Texico, stresses me the fuck out. Peace!!
